What the hell kind of tamarind are people buying that tastes like candy? I bought a bag to make it into a drink. When I ate the fruit by itself (pain in the ass to peel), it was just as sour as a Warhead. There was the slightest amount of sweetness, but it was more sour than a lemon. Fuck tamarind, it's only good with a fuckton of sugar, like aguas frescas or Mexican candy.
