I saw the Buffalo one, the Chicago one, ok. But why? What varies from a type of pizza to another one? The dough? Toppings? Way of cooking them?
Square pizzas exist in Italy as well, but they are eaten only in "pizzerie a taglio", not in true pizzerie.
Square ones are for quick meals.
