ie - take the mashed potatoes, cut in a bit of flour (you want it to still be dry. more flour = more sticky) grab a ball of chilled dough tennis ball sized or smaller and roll it out with a floured rolling pin on a VERY well floured surface till it's about 1/8" thick. cook dry on a hot griddle (serious, no butter or oil) and flip when it has golden brown spots. can be eaten warm or cold.
