Or this, Hong Kong style Laksa. Its one of those meals which makes me feel like an abused spouse. I longingly develop a craving thinking about the intricate and delicate flavours within the dish when I havent eaten it in a while; but as soon as I eat it the intense heat makes it a painful dish to eat.

Still an incredible experience.

the chicken breast is first pounded flat with a mallet and then essentially threaded shut around the butter and seasonings. It's breaded and baked that way, such that the butter melts inside it and diffuses throughout the meat.

Then when you cut into it all the liquid butter and seasonings that weren't absorbed squirt out all over the plate. It's so good.

Black Coffee/Tea, Grapefruit, Carrots, Spinach, Celery, Mushrooms, Capsicum, Courgette, Bok Choi, Cabbage, Lettuce, Peas, Soy Sauce, Hot Chili Sauce, Tomatoes, Peas, Broccoli, Chilli Powder and Cayenne Pepper are the only foods I really feel comfortable eating.
Lost too much. People noticed and it's gotten to the point where I can barely walk this past week. I ate tuna, oats, rice, weetbix, eggs, sardines (once or twice), brown rice and other low cal protein sources in an effort to not die but it's not been enough.
Visiting GP and possibly dietitian tomorrow forcefully. If they aren't mindlessly ignorant (they will fucking be and I know it)I might be white coat'd, if no such luck then it's down to me to get my shit together.

The difference in my attitude/apathy towards dying and doing so when full and (primarily)/or in social company vs. hungry and alone is comparable and possibly correlative with bipolar.
