do you like breakfast sandwiches?

also do people normally put ketchup on theirs?

>> No.5373245

It's one of two dishes that I justify using kraft singles for. That greasy, melty goodness.

>> No.5373246

I LOVE breakfast sandwiches. Usually I go for sausage instead of bacon though, on an english muffin.

I don't put ketchup on mine. It has enough flavor as is, in my opinion, but if you like it that way I see no reason to stop.

Yeah, used to eat the starbucks ones daily, along with a venti coffee with heavy cream.
I'd usually go for the sausage, egg, and cheese on ciabatta. Was good.

Yes.
God no.

I like bacon egg and cheese on a blueberry bagel. Deal with it nerd.

I love the mcgriddle, but the buns for them are just too soft and pancakey to be completely satisfying. A bagel is way better, because you get that slight resistance and chewiness when you bite into it. So naturally I order one of each, put the McGriddle in the middle McGangbang style and call it the McMorningWood.

try mustard on a sausage sandwich, it's delicious, so bright and tangy and it cuts right through the fat and creaminess

To me breakfast sandwhiches are among the most hearty, savory foods of all. They're traditionally "shitty", yes, and really bad for you, but theres nothing like biting into a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel or croissant. Too bad it feels like shit afterwards, but a breakfast sandwhich and coffee is like so amazing.

bacon egg and cheese on a kaiser roll from a bodega/deli you trust with brown mustard and a little mayo is the way to go.

where i live everyone does is bacon egg and cheese on a kaiser roll with salt pepper and ketchup. i don't know if this is just a yonkers/nyc area thing or if people do this everywhere. Its pretty good but i prefer the former.

I used to love the sausage croissants at Jack in the Box. I don't know what that slightly tangy white sauce was, but it was really good. For some reason I have very strong memories of eating those sandwiches when JFK Jr.'s plane crashed all those years ago.

Okay yeah >inb4semen, but seriously if anyone knows, let me know. It's like a slightly tangier mayonnaise.

Hell yeah, I make one almost every morning
>english muffin
>egg over medium
>pan fried slice of deli turkey
>pepper/olive oil/sriracha

I think bagels are a no-no, the best part (the egg) is usually above the worst part (hole of the donut)

and bacon, while delicious, i could not eat every day and still breath normally, so fried up honey turkey works awesome- tastes great

>> No.5374850

The best kind of sandwich. I make them even at none breakfast times. Bacon, Sausage, Ham, whatever, it's all good. Egg and cheese. DAMN I want one now.

I like a bit of ketchup and a bit of mayo.

>take a sausage log (pic related)
>slice it cleanly in two
>take half the log and mold it into a giant patty
>put it on some foil and bake in toaster oven
>get bagel, put some cheese slices on it, add it to oven for a few seconds at the end
>combine and drink with Cherry Coke

It's the best thing I ever ate. It just oozes pure grease but it's like 1.5 inches of meat to sink your teeth into with a warm bagel and some gooey cheese. For best results don't even drink the soda until after you finish the sandwich. You'll get so thirsty it just makes the soda that much more refreshing.

>> No.5376461

I love eating sandwiches with fried ham, egg and cheese. It's always an awesome combination, not only for breakfast.
And no, I never even dreamed of putting ketchup on there.

>> No.5376472

Chorizo, fried egg, cheese, spicy brown mustard on an everything bagel is god tier. Tuna "sausage" patties on toasted wheat with a smear of cottage cheese and thin granny smith slices is pretty good too and nowhere near as fatty.

>> No.5376524

Yes. Eggs over hard with a baked sausage patty and cheese. For extra fat I'll sometimes put them on eggo rather than the English muffin.

Unhealthy, but I love it.

That is not breakfast pizza. A proper breakfast pizza has white sausage gravy instead of tomato sauce, and the toppings include SCRAMBLED egg, sausage, bacon, cheese, and maybe onions.

I love breakfast sandwiches but the notion of putting ketchup on one makes me feel queasy. I like ketchup on some things, but it'd taste awful to me when combined with a breakfast sandwich.

Hell yes Anon. I have two kustom breakfast sandwiches. First is two eggs in an basket with ham, cheese, hash browns, on wheat bread. Second sandwich is not an sandwich. It is a breakfast chicken fajitas with scrambled eggs, peppers, cheese, and pico de gallo. Wash it down with some coffee and a blunt

there was this burger place next to my dads work called murder burger. it wasnt there for long.

But they had this fucking eggs benedict burger.
holy shit.
I almost got one every day after school.
The bun was like, a burger bun, but a muffin too.
the sauce was perfect. so much bacon. runny eggs. no patty. just benedicty goodness.
sadly they stopped making it because not enough people bought them.
then they moved and eventually closed down.
RIP.

but it was amazing.

i think the addition of a patty would ahve ruined it too.

There was this deli down the street from my high school that made a "bellybuster". All it was was

Fried Egg
choose 1: bacon/sausage/taylor ham
Cheese
Hash brown
Ketchup
salt/pepper optional

all on a roll or a bagel.

My stupid indian friends would douse these in franks red hot cause that was the only hot sauce available, then they would have the squirts the rest of the day.
