I'm on a diet that consists of nothing but veggies and plain noodles. What are some sauces that I can add to my food to make it less boring?

I assume this isn't a medical diet at all. Just another silly and idiotic fad diet.

So why bother? Why not learn to eat healthy?

I suggest Melinda's straight from Costa Rica. It's carrot based without all the vagina... err vinegar.

You must have skipped school the day they taught "reading comprehension".

The challenge was to the stupid diet itself, not to using hot sauce to make a stupid diet more palatable.

Your remarks fail in every way possible to address the point that you were apparently trying to respond to.

Is there a reason for the failure? Could it be mental illness? Taking LSD? Product of American public school system? Democrat?

How'd you manage to get past the captcha?

>hot sauce on vegetables

He was actually asking about sauces in general even though the picture only showed hot sauces.

A good sauce can make a vegetable dish very good, but those are sauces you make yourself rather than sauces that you sprinkle on out of a bottle.

From reading what he wrote, I view him as not having a great deal of cooking experience and buying a bunch of cans of vegetables and some noodles because of some crazy fad diet not having the vaguest idea what to do to make them taste good.

The real problem is the fad diet.

Off-topic: I still remember the first time I bought a vegetable in a can. It was a can of corn. I took it back to the house I rented and then tried to figure out how to cook it -- there were no instructions on the label. I toyed with the idea of randomly picking some name out of the telephone book, calling up, and hopefully talking to some random housewife who I could ask how to cook a can of corn. Then I remembered one friend in town who I could call and ask and so I did.

Butter the noodles after draining them. Add some tomato sauce and spices.
