if you have a roommate or a family member you can borrow a makeup compact or small mirror off you can use it and a flashlight to examine the hole in your mouth

-if its red and puffy looking youre ok cause that means its healing
-if its a worrisome colour, it might be an infection
-a heating pad on your face can help with drainage if your face is swollen at all (it might make you sleepy though)
-take painkillers, drink lots of water, resist crunchy food

i had chunky veggie soup earlier (9 and 2 days since my last extractions) and i had to pick a whole lentil out of one of my holes with a q-tip, fucking sucks
