How much coffee a day is too much coffee a day? What are some good beans to try with aeropress?

Coffee general, this stuff is too good

When you are only shitting soup, that is when you have had too much coffee. Anything more substantial than that and you're fine.

I've been getting to enjoy coffee black more and more.

Starbucks Dark French Roast is some good grounds.

Is a hand grinder worth trying to get into using whole beans? Don't feel like dropping $80 on a electric one in case I decide I don't like it.

avoid exceeding 200mg of caffeine on a daily basis. every once in a while or even every few days is fine but the current guidelines suggest that repetitive use of 200mg+ caffeine a day can cause various issues over time.

they recommend PREGNANT women consume no more than 300mg a day, so I'm highly doubtful that 200mg per day over time would have a negative impact on health

>grinder
my uncle gave me an electric one and it works nice. I get the feeling that a hand grinder may potentially be the best give how long coffee has been drank vs how long electricity has been harnessed to power a grinder for coffee.

source: none, jus' a feelin'

A friend has a k-cup machine and the sbux cups were fucking awesome. People can say what they want about the place but damn do they have quite alright coffee

I have one. It takes some time to grind enough for a cup, but I don't use it if I'm in a rush. I was like $16 on amazon.

no, not in the slightest. they never have, and they probably never will. all of your opinions on coffee are worthless from here because you have terrible taste.
