Good stuff, OP. I use it regularly, mainly as an ingredient. Here's my "everyday' salsa recipe that uses Valentina. Give it a try, and adjust to your tastes.

good stuff . I like it. a nice mild or medium hot sauce. kinda like tp, or crystal. I like it better than tabasco or sirracha.I like a bit of heat but not inner ear scorching hot. to me that defeats the purpose. it's like salt a little goes a long way. I like texas pete or crystal cause im used to it and know how much to use. easy to ruin a dish. no point in blowing 16 bucks on a 4 lb meatloaf or chillie if half the family wont eat it. I use it as a condement, like on scrambled eggs, but I would not put it in the eggs while cooking. I can eat raw radishes, turnips, spring onions, dill,buttermilk. I smoke about ten (that means a pack a day shame the devil and tell the truth no need to lie on 4 chan,it destroys taste buds. like brain cells I reckon none of us have an over abundance to begin with.I always go light on the hot sauce. true . you can always add. but you can't take back. less is more. like this post sorry.i like fish,but do the best you can pretty damn good.
