Will pancakes suck if I store them in a container outside a fridge for 2 days? I want to send someone some pancakes and I just don't want it to be a mess.

If you put lots of syrup and butter on them the fat and sugar will act as a preservative so they will last longer and ship better

this
best pancakes are eaten steaming, one at a time, hot off the griddle with butter melting in the residual heat and dusted with the smallest amount of powdered sugar

Pancakes actually refresh pretty well if you heat them up properly. They start tasting dry due to the oils clumping up but heat enough to boil water will cause the oil to splatter again. It's about the surface area the oil gets to your tastebuds.

Could you freeze-dry them?
