hey /ck/ so i recently got a job at a country club serving to the people who come to the pool. i get my own prep and cooking area with griddle, stove + top and grill as well. id like to have a chefs special every 3 days and i want it to be simple but tasty recipes. my first one i was thinking of doing would be a polenta with glazed carrot, roasted tomato and whipped cream with cinnamon.
anyone have suggestions?

did you not see the kind of dishes i'm aiming for?
simple produce, think of veggies in season and go from that. I'm looking at 4-6 dollar dishes

How am I supposed to know that? You listed ingredients but without knowing a location that means fuck all.
