What's the deal with capers? I have never had them but I've noticed them in stores recently, not that they're new, but I've been looking more closely.

I've had a jar of them sitting in my fridge for about two years now, I'm not sure how they got there and I don't know what to do with them.

I'm eating capers with chicken breast and some half assed butter wine reduction. It's delicious.

I like to put them into pork and sausage stew. I also sometimes put them in rice and beans instead of olives. They're also really good in tuna salad. And I liek to sprinkle them on top of pizza.
