O man, we used to have the best Subway by my old house in the ghetto... Everyone who worked there was either a nigger or a CC student, and none of them gave a single fuck. The more obviously stoned you were, the more shit they'd put on your sandwich. Plus they were all exceptionally friendly, for whatever odd reason. Hmm, what could it be? They also had super-fresh produce and bread since it was the closest subway to the university and got a lot of business. Anyway, hitting on black chicks, getting discounts from the manager, laughing at cops' spit-coated sandwiches, and free cookies aside, here's my recipe for success:

12" Loaf of Honey Oat
Veggie Patty (fuckin' trust me, way better than cold cuts)
Swiss cheese
Toast it, but fer like half the time, just to melt the cheese, I don't want the bread burned; thanks, doll.
Every vegertable imaginerable. Extra spinach, peppers, onions, olives, hey man I said no cucumbers!, and pickles.
Pepper that shit up, heavy.
Hot sauce. A bit more. Some more. Nah, go heavy, son. Almost... That's good.
And some ranch. Just a tiny bit.

By the end of the line, that fucker's dripping with red and white goop, about 8" around stuffed full o veg, they can't even fold it up so they just hand it to me, unwrapped, with a fork and a container of hot sauce on the side. Holy shit, I miss that subway... Good times were had there.

Oh, and those fucking monster subs only cost five bucks.

what's with fast food places and restaurants being the worst for promotions.

When I use a coupon, promotion, etc to buy a video game, groceries, etc, I get the same shit that I would get at normal price more or less (fresh groceries sometimes being the different case when they get low/shitty quality stuff and sell it dirt cheap) but its not like when I buy bananas on sale I get 1/4 of the bananas missing.

Why do food places do it so? Subways near here whenever you buy anything promotional they put half the meat and cut back on shit, use coupons,promos, groupons (or other shit) and they do the same shit, they give you a decent amount less shit. Even big places with fairly streamlined procceses like mcdonalds do it, for example, promo for half priced iced frappes, the system was telling the employees making the shit to make it at the size down from what it should be. Thankfully local mcdonalds employees are bros and dont pull that shit, it was first day of the promo and they were as confused as I was that it was doing that. I expect less/worse shit when discounted but not as bad as some of these places do it.

I dont blame employees since it's management or owners but why do some feel the need to jew over people so much, worst are ones that do it even when it's not a discounted item, like pic related. That fucker was ~$7 plus tax

I worked at a pretty diverse Fry's Electronics, an out of all the ethnicities and nationalities the Indians were the shiestiest, almost all of them worked in the computer section. They would lie through their teeth about warranties, performance, half the time they knew shit about the pcs they were selling. They did well though because everyone assume some Indian with glasses on knows his shit about electronics, but reall all they knew was which computer had the best commision.

I have stopped going to subway since having found a pubic hair in my sandwich several years ago (pic related). I had never found Subway particularly tasty, or appealing at its price point, however I am not a fan of many local eateries near my workplace.
