Fuggggg this stuff is good and I'm sure it's the dog shit bottom of the barrel version of spicy hot mustard. Why did I never think of combining these flavors? The secret ingredients seem to be bell peppers, "natural flavor", paprika, and turmeric. What's a better version of this stuff?

OP, Beaver is the king of sweet-hot mustards.

I used to get it in Seattle, then had to move away. Missed it a lot. Fortunately, at least the mustard is now available nationwide, even if Puget Sound isn't.

EuroFresh is a very small chain of grocery stores. The one I know is near the intersection of Harlem and 159th in Tinley Park. If you're coming from St. Louis, you would want to get onto I-80 and exit onto Harlem northbound, then turn left into the parking lot just before you reach 159th (might be a couple of miles off the expressway, not sure).
