Yesterday:

monday: nothing for breakfast or lunch, leftover vegetable curry and white rice for dinner

tuesday: more leftover curry and rice for breakfast, some mac n cheese and spinach for dinner. lots of booze.

wednesday: leftover mac n cheese and spinach for breakfast. small portions of things two of my housemates made for dinner: mushroom risotto and spaghetti carbonara. and a tomato.

breakfast today: homemade ramen with an egg and lots of vegetables.

i woke up at 4 p.m. today/yesterday but i'll still list what i ate as breakfast-lunch-dinner

breakfast: snacked on probably 1 oz. of cheddar cheese and a couple oz. of summer sausage and a cup of whole milk
lunch: 4 eggs scrambled with plenty of pepper
dinner: 8 oz. beef made into two patties with 3.5 oz. kidney beans cooked in butter

in between i snack on spinach and raw almonds and try to get a gallon of water each day. sometimes i'll skip out on one or two meals of the day because i just am not hungry and snack. most of my diet these days is what i listed with variations like eating fish or chicken and eating lotsa broccoli or other veggies. if i feel like gifting myself something, i'll just get a burger at five guys and if i'm feeling really dirty i'll eat a shitton of fettuccine alfredo which i make a beautiful plate of.

>2 homemade burgers á 100g beef patty with a carrot-apple relish, ketchup and mustard and simple kaiser rolls (first time burger making - went pretty well, no good burger buns you can buy here, so prob. gotta make them myself)

>3 knäckebröd with some goat cheese and deli meat
>hummus, flatbread, a banana
>3 curd-spinach dumplings (got a frozen batch from my mum) and a carrot-apple salad

>simple beef curry (selfmade curry powder, too much coriander) with veggies and mushrooms

i have wisdom teeth troubles this week so i've been sleeping 14 hours a day and not eating a lot. i'm not hungry at all and chewing sucks, but i need to eat three things a day or my antibiotics and pain pills really screw me over

Last night we had friends over for dinner. Since we normally do vegan at home (all bets are off when we go out), yet our friends are omnivores, we had to go all out to serve a vegan meal they would enjoy. The menu:

wednesday breakfast: fried stuffed tofu and a croissant, both from the corner bakery. coffee from home with milk and sugar.
wednesday lunch: homemade sticky rice with a bowl of homemade green-tomato-kimchi stew with tofu.
wednesday dinner: homemade cream-soup with fish, onions and potato. homemade bread.
thursday breakfast: homemade bread with homemade tomato jam.
thursday lunch: homemade bastardisation of parmigiana di melanzane with homemade tomato sauce (bastardised because i put a little shredded brisket in it).

Plan to have fried squid and green salad with lemon dressing for dinner tonight.
I don't typically snack much, but when I do, it's usually fruit (had a pear on Monday) a handful of almonds or other nuts or pickles (had something homemade pickled green tomatoes yesterday).
