So, I'm a faggot that can't eat spicy food for the hotness, even if I like them so fucking much.

What do?

Buy some hot sauce. Made with either habaneros or at least serranos and put a little bit on everything for a few days. Congratulations now you can eat spicy food.

I had your same problem OP, my body rejected spicy food for the longest time. I solved this by having weekly chilli's and increased the amount of spicy flavours each week, now my body doesn't even flinch.

I have been doing this for approximatively 6 months and tolerance is building little by little. Yesterday I didn't notice the spice in a risotto with chorizo a friend of mine cooked, whereas another buddy was commenting on its spiciness. I could just perfectly enjoy the taste, I was quite happy with my experiment.

oh look another chili tryhard

>> No.5227842

I think you should start with chilis that are rather mild like: Anaheim, NuMex 6-4, Pasilla, Piquillo and some mild Jalapenos.

Going straight for the Habanero or Jolokia will just destroy your taste for chilis completely.

I would like to try this. Even some TV dinners are too hot for me..
If I go the hot sauce route, what's the best kind?
Tabasco is a go-to round here, but I'm not sure.

tabasco is pretty hot so that could work

Hot sauce would probably be the best way to do that, i poured it over rice, over pasta, over pizza, over vegetables, hell even over fries with a little bit of mayo!

try it in soup too, it's godlike!

If you're going tabasco, go for the habanero variety. It's hotter.

Wimp route: up your game little by little daily or at least frequently.

Manly man route: eat the hottest thing you can tolerate fairly often.

Either way your ability to tolerate capsaicin will go up, guaranteed.

Without being all macho about it I've upped my tolerance in recent years because a cheap source of Scotch bonnets became available so I started cooking with them regularly. I'm now at the point where I have to be careful cooking for my girlfriend as something I consider a bit spicy can be "OMFG you don't love me do you?" to her.

The hottest sauce available is the best way to go, mild sauces will only make the process slower, and it will probably cost a bit more,

maybe order some online, there are a lot of different flavours.

Don't be ridiculous.

you can use smaller quantities and the bottle wouldn't empty too fast.

Daily spoonful of Dave's Ghost Pepper Sauce.

Right. Might as well just go straight for this then.

That's actually as much as pepper spray, that's nt very edible anymore anon, still i would get soemthing inbetween habanero's and ghost pepper sauces.

fuck this idiot

eating chilis is not like lifting weights its more like what make the stuff just right as in was the kick from the heat complimentary enough

I never intend on having habaneros as a snack and anyone who does doesn't earn any sort of my respect but they might get some recognition something like "you silly bastard" that is all .... not because you are eating fiery stuff but because having it without meals is usually more silly than not
