Hey /ck/, what's a good pasta dish to go with fish? I'm poaching some fish for dinner (not sure what kind, depends what's fresh at the fish market today), and I want to make pasta to go with it, since I have an overabundance of pasta in my pantry. I can stop at the store for ingredients, so options are limitless. Anyone have any amazing ideas?

Okay, to bump and add another question to my first query:
What if I wanted to add color to my poached fish. Sear before poaching or after? Or use a torch after, on the top? Thoughts?

Fish is easy to overcook. I wouldn't sear something that you've already fully cooked. As for the pasta, if its a white fish for some reason my mind tends toward something lemony. Make a cream sauce with some white wine and lemon zest and a bit of juice in it, toss the pasta in it, then put the fish on top of the pasta
