ITT: we discuss our favorite fast casual restaurants (Try to stay on topic, pease.)

Mine is Chipotle because of their stance on GMOs, organic produce and antibiotic and hormone free meats. Panera Bread is a close second because of their turkey chili, I hope the follow Chipotle's lead and phase out the GMOs though.
