when you spoon out half a fucking avocado onto a meal, you're going to make the meal taste strongly of avocado. every avocado i've tasted has been fairly bland, I think that's just what avocado tastes like.
I don't hate it and it can be quite nice in sandwiches and salads, but nachos? not my thing. at least give people an option like with sour cream.

Looks pretty good to me. The egg is sous vide. I've had sous vide egg yolks before. They're sort of like firm, creamy butter in their texture. Quite pleasant.

This one is from a place in Jersey. To me the crab looks so good, the bacon would overpower it.

Pic related is what I'm used to. They're in season from say March-ish to July. But your local asian grocer may have some frozen if you want to make your own.

If you're just looking for the experience of the farm life, you might want to look into WWOOF. I know there are a few similar programs, but WWOOF is the biggest/most well-known (that I know of, anyway). You basically live with a host family on their farm and you help them out for a few hours a day in exchange for room and board. They can last as short as a couple of days, so it's not like you have to quit your job to have the experience.

I wouldn't go with the jerked bacon. Fried mac and cheese with quality vegetables and lobster sounds amazing, but you add a ton of spices and it seems like you'd bury that wonderful combo. Simple hickory bacon or applewood bacon, or maybe even a slice of Canadian bacon and a little rustic applesauce, sounds far more appealing to me.

Whats going on with all these egg burgers? I normally get egg burgers when I go to restaurants for breakfast as i hate "normal" breakfast food, but I don't remember them being popular.

In many burgers I find the egg to be a semi filler. It would be better to have been replaced with additional meat in many places. It's funny, I've found the denny's build your own burgers to be some of the "best"(to my taste)[not highest quality but what i enjoy]
I'd like a beef patty, cheddar bun with pepperjack, sauteed mushrooms, pico de gallo, grilled onions, sour cream, chipotle sauce, jalopenos, hashbrowns and fried egg. The best part was I could just check the boxes and didn't have to sound like "that guy" while I ordered it. While looking at this, I kinda thought I got tortilla chips on it as well.
It may sound like a mess, which it is, but I really did enjoy all of those flavors.
