Can one of you Mexifags tell me what this is? It looked like horchata but much thicker. All the horchatas I had in Mexico were just the consistency of milk but this one seemed like it was ground seeds that weren't strained.

I didn't get to try it unfortunately. Pic was taken in Oaxaca, I don't remember if I've seen it anywhere else.
