Make a vegetable-puree based sauce. Roasted peppers works great, but there are lots of vegetables you can cook and pulverize to hell and back. Make a carrot-vodka sauce. Be creative!

Or make carbonara. There's no cream in the real thin, only egg tempered with hot pork fat.

Or toss in olive oil, sesame oil, or butter. And I mean real olive oil, not that canola shit. It may be hard to find as labeling laws are either not in existence or enforcement in America, and its even faked in Europe.
