I have. Dassara in Brooklyn.
It was ok. Sauce was mainly salt and sugar, toppings were token because the whole point was novelty. The ramen-bun creation could be tasty if say it was cooked with stock or spices, but it was just boiled in water, thrown into a metal ring and then grilled.

I had a burger like this once, in a Japanese cafe when I was younger. Only difference was that it was rice in stead of noodles, and that fell apart the first second I picked it up. This might be different though.
