Anyone have any healthy low cal recipes that are relatively easy to make?
>pic related

Veggie Pasta & Tofu parm.

Drain & squeese tofu, marinate in soy sauce and chicken bullion mix for a bit.
Dip in egg and cover in panko crumbs
Throw that shit in the oven at 400 for about 20 min. Then flip on the broiler for about 10 min to achieve maximum crisp.
Meanwhile cook up some sliced tomatoes, spinach, and a shit ton of garlic w some seasonings to taste.
Throw your veggies on some pasta with cheese (I prefer goat gouda crumbles)
Serve and Devour!

Dude, i'd still consider OP's plate healthy.
Considering amerifats are used to shoveling olive garden lasagna into their mouths.

Just lift and you'll be fine OP

This is why people don't get nutrition. This particular meal is a HUGE carb and sodium bomb. It's not even that good when it comes to being a calorie deficient meal!

In addition, it's loaded with simple carbs that provide the body with easy sugar that doesn't take a lot of energy to consume, so that will certainly hinder the weight loss.

It's also got about 75% of the amount of sodium one should take in on a daily basis in one meal. If this were your standard meal, you'd be dramatically increasing your chance of heart disease, and you'd be stunting any weight loss with all the carbs.

You were really close, anon. Replace the pasta with whole wheat pasta or brown rice, and axe the boullion cube altogether and you're well on the way to making this "healthy".

I recently had a fresh coke from a 12pk at the store.

It tasted way to sharp and I couldn't drink more than a few sips at a time. I don't know how people can do it.
