Unlike game, fish, soups the concept of a "healthy meal" is modern (not saying eating healthy a modern inventions). So if you are asking what is traditionally considered a healthy meal I honestly don't know. Modern diet food is international.

The western world is a lot of nations. Leaning heavily towards one side of the globe does not make diet food national. If a Swede gives you a tomato salad with almonds and olives plus a nice glass of cranberry juice that is international. Even if it's not steamed Japanese vegetables.
