Ausfag here. I can't get too many hard to find ingredients. My two best dishes are seafood curry and spaghetti cabonara. I have all the normal cooking shit, plus a slow cooker. I don't like mushrooms.

I need something to feed me for a day or two, and I want to try cooking something different. What do you recommend?

fellow ausfag here. you could always put the slowcooker to good use and make a beef stew of sorts, add some vegetables that you enjoy and serve with mash potato, also one of the favorite dishes in my household is mexican lasagna, is extremely similar to an italian one but spice your mince with mexican seasoning, white sauce with cheese and use corn tortillas as lasagna sheets, we eat it with salad and sour cream but it would be nice with rice and whatnot :D

A stew is a good idea, I've done Beef Bourguignon in it before and it turned out really well. Tortillas instead of lasagna sheets is also a really good idea. Thanks anon.
