awesome, i dont like tomato paste so i would hold on that but other than that this looks delicious. will try myself.

i like making chicken kievs so butter under the skin sounds delicious.

might swap out the spinach for parsley though, keep the garlic salt and pepper

Chicken leg quarters are perhaps my favorite food, and are definitely among my top staple foods. bumping this thread with a meal that contains chicken leg quarters.

I hate brussel sprouts, but still looks good OP.
