I made that. It's pretty much what >>5083092 said.
You cook the bacon and then put them aside.
Fill the pan with water and meat stock (I had those cubed ones), then add noodles when the water boils.
When the noodles are cooked, crack a raw egg on them and wait until the egg is done.

I wouldn't put the bacon back in the pan if left for too long. Mine got a little soggy.
