Everytime I make a sandwich at home it pales in comparison to what I get at a local deli
I think I'll an hero. Get it? Hero?

Is it possible to eat a runny fried egg on a sandwich and it not be messy? That always turns me off of eating them, especially when I'm not at home.

it varies quite a lot but one of my favourites is
>good bread, made of multiple grains
>cheese (varies a lot)
>salami
>ham
>maybe a third meat
>lettuce
>onion
>tomato
>pickles
>jalapeno
>paprika
>bbq-sauce
>majo
>garlic

im guessing that's pretty much it

If it's directly next to the bread, you can have it sorta soak up the yolk.

When I eat one, I pinch down the back of the sandwich so it wont leak out that way, and let any excess drip out the side I'm not holding into the plate. Then you can soak it up with the side of the sandwich.

is that like sunny side up or fried on both sides?
either way, put the runny side against the bread, so the bread actually soaks it up. usually works

I usually do mine over easy because I suck dick at sunny side up. If I do eat them I end up with half the yolk on my hands.

>> No.5069085

>brown bread
>cheese
>ham
>ketchup
>lots of mayo

>> No.5069086

yeah ok, if it was sunny side up, i would have recommended to first put it on the bread, yolk down and liberately breaking it and rubbing it across the bread to make sure it soaks up

>Heat up bottom of 10" cast iron skillet
>Crusty sourdough
>Spread one side with pesto
>Slices of salami or turkey, fuck it put in both
>Fresh sliced tomato and thin onions
>Spinach
>Heat up stainless pan and spray with EVOO
>Place sandwich in pan, spray top with EVOO
>Place hot cast iron skillet on top and have it nicely press down

Great 10 minute ghetto panini right there.

Even if it's pretty simple, I just throw leftover chicken breast in a grilled cheese sandwich, with 2 kinds of cheddar and a bit of mozzarella.
I also usually grab some nuts and/or tomato soup on the side.

how the fuck all that things won't break down?

and why to put so much things in one sandwich, when it'll be together - you will not feel the taste of each of that food.

Damn except for the cheese I'm all over your sandwich OP.
I like a rare roast beast sandvich with tomato, cucumber, salty water onion, lettuce, mayo, salt and pepper.
If you are feeling crazy add a smidgen of vegan cream cheese.

That's not true at all. And I don't overstuff the sandwich. It's perfect. Try it one day.

Replace white bread with marbled rye and take out the tortilla and you've got a deal.
