Instead of eating mercury fishy oils Ive decied to add some extra cream to everything. Beef in cream, jugs with cream sauces, veggies in cream.
Would that be gourmet fantastic? Or heart attack frenzy?

You can make pretty much anything taste good if you add enough butter and cream, a good part of french cuisine is built on just those two ingredients. Also, see southern food and paula deen

not all fish have mercury, check local health agencies for curreny levels.

For example in the US king maceral has tons of mercury, but Scottish mackheral is totaly fine, and fucking tastey
