Sounds good. I'm sick of cooking from Christmas eve, day, and last weekend, so I'm getting drunk and going to go eat at a top-tier pizza place a few blocks away.

its copped from that show on bps "cook's county" which, I feel, is pretty good. hasn't steered me wrong yet. although i don't have a tenderloin going on i do have a london broil, and i plan to sear it first then to bake with the crust, since it should be done a heck of a lot quicker than the tenderloin they're talking about
