I need to make a small amount of pomegranate jam without pectin and with honey.
I have no idea what the fuck to do.

then, yeah, mix it into something, like >>5005904 suggested, or make a syrup out of it:
juice, strain, reduce with sugar on high heat until it thickens when you blow on some until it's cool enough to taste in a spoon. More sugar = sweeter syrup (derp) and less reduction needed. Half and half juice/sugar weight ratio is the highest sugar concentration I'd go.
alternately:
corn starch thickened sauce
add water enough water to corn starch so that you can stir it up evenly, this is a slurry
add approx 1 tbs slurry to 1 cup liquid (juice, or juice + water), cook until it is clear and stops getting thicker
