how many of you actually work in a kitchen?

spoilers: fastfood and chain restaurants don't count

To my knowledge, non-chain restaurants still have a menu, or finite dishes for their cooks to cook. You are no different from a McDonald's chef.

I used to and then realized I love cooking for myself and friends and family, not on a line. It was one of the greatest revelations I had because I was good at what I did, I just realized I wanted to do other things as my job/studies.
