Let's cook meat! Vegans served first!

I reserved 1/2 of the beef and the pork to the freezer. I've blended ground beef and ground turkey before, but wanted to try grond pork and beef.

I'll saute that with some chopped white onions, red bell, salt, black pepper, Mexican oregano (oregano entero, always!), and a bunch of chile powders as yet tbd, but including New Mexican, Ancho ,cayane (sp) and cumin of course!

People don't like 100% blue agave tequila?

> odd

No hang with better booze.

The ground pork/beef blend was pretty nice. Adding the ground chicken to muh bean dip gave it an interesting texture. The chile Arbol has a really nice heat and I love the favor of the Ancho chile powder for another layer of flavor.

The fireworks made a taco party a taco feista! And hadn't seen 'The Ghost and the Darkness' in many years and g/f had never so out came my VHS copy! Val was so young back then (weren't we all?).

Why go to the trouble of chopping, slicing, mincing, sauteing, frying, stirring, mixing, blendinf
and serving when you can just eat TVP @TB?

I can get a nice food high from Taco bell for less than 7 dollars.

to eat and get full to function it can range from 2.5-3.5 dollars since I usually don't get a drink and always have water on me.

Those 5 layer burritos that were once only 89c are now 1.89 and in some places more than 2 dollars though. They really should bring back specialty things for under a dollar like that flatbred chicken. the grillers are alright, they lack moisture and fullness like the other burritos.
