Just had a chicken shawarma from this place. HOLY FUCK. Everything about it was amazing. There was a complexity of flavors. Seriously. It's middle eastern chipotle. If chipotle were good.

You guys have to try this.

I LOVE shawarma, but unfortunately, there is none where I live. I can get it pretty close though with a grill rotisserie. Made pic a while ago.

Skewer on a grill's rotisserie attachment. Cook on low heat for about an hour. Slice the meat thinly, and fry in a pan. Serve with cucumber-tomato salad, sliced onion, pickles, tahini sauce, and fried eggplant.
