Mexfag here. Liking Valentina, but I have a soft spot for good old San Luis, it's bloody cheap (might be the toilet acid looking bottle) and is a little less acidic than more common snack hot sauces like La Botanera or La sabrozita while having a slightly smokey flavor. Liquid Bufalo also has a quite distinctive flavor but is somewhat more expensive and less common to find

Sabritas (maybe Lay too) once had a soft chipotle sauce in the mid 90's, it came in little white packets with brown letters and it was THE shit, very tasty but not too hot so you could eat all you wanted and be fine, sadly it was not much of a hit with the kids and got discontinued, damn brats were too used to run of the mill crap like La Botanera.
