So I bought a 7 qt slow cooker (finally) at walmart for twenty bucks super cheap. All I need are your favorite recipes.

>take some cheap beef (chuck roast, "stew meat" or whatevs)
>brown it on stove top
>place in slow cooker
>deglaze pan with red wine
>pour product on roast in cooker
>also throw a julienne onion, some coined carrots, and some celery in there too
> a tbsp of Dijon or stone ground mustard
>a tbsp or 2 of tomato paste
>SnP
>another cup or so of dry red wine
>add water or light stock to cover the contents
>slow cook that motherfucker ALL DAY
>serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or just eat it out of a bowl on the floor like the fucking dog you are

Lancashire Hotpot:

I recomend the lazy asian.
Any protien you've got.
Any vegies you've got (I recomend californa mix)
and matching stock, So if you've got chicken meat, use chicken. Use beef for beef, etc.
