help me /ck/
most of what I used to cook was based around beef
but my new girlfriend doesn't eat red meat whatsoever.
So what I need is some new recipes, centering around chicken or vegetarian dishes, perhaps even seafood.
Interesting things, not just "baked chicken breast" as well
thanks in advance /ck/

Cook the beef until it's no longer red? You can still make lots of dishes this way.
