You're asking us to teach you how to read. The answer is no, no one here can teach you how to open a cook book, read the ingredients, then read the directions.

That's all cooking is. You advance later in life when you no longer need to read from cookbooks, and can experiment on your own. Experimenting from stage 1 will mean a lot of nasty, wasted food. So just read.
