hey /ck/

i need to bake pork chops at 375F and veggies at 400F both for 45 min. How do I do this all in one hour?

Bake the veggies at 375 with the chops and hope for the best.

You cook them both at the same temp. those are close enough together that you could cook the pork at 400 or the veggies at 375. If it were me, I'd set at 400 and take the pork out early.

Also, pork chops at 375 for 45 minutes is going to be overcooked as fuck unless they are covered in dough or something, that's insanely long. I regularly bake 1-inch-thick pork chops and find they usually need less than 20 minutes, let alone 45.

Anyway, put 'em both in the oven at 400, remove pork chops when done. Leave veggies in, remove when they are done.

Or time it so that the pork goes in after the veggies have been in there for a while so that they are done at the same time.

put the pork in for 40 min at 400, it should be fine
