Hey /ck/

What are some of your favorite sodas?

I'm enjoying pic related right now. If you've never had Sarsaparilla, I highly recommend it -- especially if you like root beer!

I didn't care for their Sarsaparilla very much. They have good ass cola and ginger beer though.
Sioux City has my vote for best Sarsaparilla.
I drink Dr. Pepper too much, but my favorite soda would probably be Puma Kola by Sprecher. You can taste all the ingredients it seems like and it's fucking delicious. One is more than enough in a sitting too so it helps limit that soda intake.

Indeed. Tamarindo Jarritos is my favorite.

I like Sangria Senorial. It's a non-alcoholic sangria-ish wine-citrus flavored grapey soda. As a kid, visiting Mexico City back in the pre-kidnapping days, walking around in the incredible heat sightseeing and powershopping, and drinking an ice cold soda at a street vendor, from a big bucket of ice, wiping off the waterborne germs before the first sip, and then standing around guzzling and finishing the bottle before walking on, so the vendor could do the glass bottle deposit. AHHHHHHHHH.
It's still delicious and something I'll seek out if doing a Mexican night at my house, which is usually skirt steak on the grill, or a sopa de tortilla. I crazily find it in a 2 liter bottle randomly now too. I don't live near any real Mexican communities, so it hasn't lost any novelty, and it's special when I find it for sale.

It's much more of a stronger soda than most. It's quite herbal and medicinal tasting. I think it's the liquorice. It's thicker than usual soda, more syrupy. It's brewed, so it has a bit of sting to it and isn't overly sweet.

It's so good to relax with one over ice and watch a good movie.
