its not about blogging, every time i posted a picture sequence of what i was cooking i learned something new, and i guess all the people that were stalking did too - this is what /ck/ should be about, but instead of it, it is flooded with arguments like which fast food burger is better.

/ck/ is actually much better when all americans are asleep, and since it is bed time in Europe, its my time to say good bye.

I did this few months ago, ive been regularly (every day) posting my recipe sequence in pictures, i will throw in some from this sequence for you.

Seared, slowly cooked and then white wine deglazed chicken with rosemary, as a side dish goes sweet potato-leek mash with butter and milk.

I buy whole chicken and trim it by myself, i always leave some skin on the breasts to get the yummy fat out of it. It did shrink alot during the cooking process, it covered the whole breast when it was raw.
