Is there a difference between black pudding and blood sausage? I tried researching a bit and found nothing.

Anyway, Quebecfag here and most non-immigrants here have tried it at least once. Unfortunately, regular consumption is decreasing (it's considered more of a traditional old people thing) and most young people don't really eat it because it's supposedly icky. Goddammit, now I want blood sausage pizza.

I would imagine it being just as "healthy" as a normal sausage.
