Pulp or no pulp in your orange juice, /ck/?

Pulpfags, do you prefer jam/jelly/preserves with seeds?

>> No.4855004

comparing pulp to seeds seems kind of silly

Lots of pulp. I don't prefer preserves with seeds, but I don't turn down seeds either.

Yes pulp.

Minimal seeds in jam.

>> No.4855010

>>4855004

Nah, I like both. It's a texture thing, I think. Like putting chips or fries in your burger or sandwich.

>> No.4855016

I prefer pulp but that's mostly because I grew up on OJ that my parents made fresh squeezed with this monstrosity of a gigantic metal "juicer" (that was more like a crusher) from the 60s or so... So the OJ I had growing up was very pulpy.

Also, yes, I prefer to have seeds and whatnot in my preserves.

Yes and yes.
I want all the fruit, just squished with sugar.

>>4855016

My parents had one of those things, weighed a ton and still beats all other juicers I've tried.

>> No.4855028

I'll take pulp or leave it. I'm indifferent.

>> No.4855042

Always extra pulp for those flavonoid phytonutrients

>> No.4855049

I like pulp but not seeds.

>> No.4855050

Lots of pulp
Never had jam/jelly with seeds

>> No.4855069

Pulp. Strained orange juice is too watery, orange juice has got a bold taste as far as fruit juices go and you need a medium with a little consistency to it to deliver that or it just tastes strange.

However, I do not drink that "extra pulp" shit. Bought it one time thinking that if I liked the with pulp kind, extra pulp would be better, but good christ no it fucking isn't. It was like sucking OJ out of a sponge made of soggy pubes. Default amount of pulp please.

Never had seeds in jam. Sounds weird.

>> No.4855087

Pulp is absolutely disgusting. I don't want little bits of shit floating around my drink.

>> No.4855096

PULP
YES

>> No.4855140

I used to hate pulp. HATE it. It would make me gag. Couldn't tell you what caused that to change, but now the opposite is true. I love lots of pulp and pulp free just tastes too syrupy.

What about a little pulp in fresh squeezed lemonade? Or is that a no go as well?

>> No.4855145

>>4854979

Pulp and yes.

>> No.4855175

I like both. If its store bought oj, I'd sooner get no-pulp juice though. Freshly squeezed with pulp is superior to store shit.

As for jams and jellies, I dont care either way.

Extra pulp

And oh god yes.
>tfw popping open a jar of blackberry preserves I got from some roadside stand in Buttfuck Nowhere
Peanut Butter and Blackberry Preserves is godly on an english muffin.

Extra pulp and diced supreme of orange for an additional flavor blast and texture.

also, yes

>Pulpfags, do you prefer jam/jelly/preserves with seeds?

Pulp isn't seeds, bro.

>> No.4856069

Pulp

Yes

I'm all about eating as much of the fruit as possible, and that includes pulp, seeds, whatever. Even peels in some cases (hello marmalade!) I love fruit (obviously fresh is best), but when it comes to jams and preserves, there better be seeds and chunks in there, baby. And as far as orange juice goes, if I can't squeeze my own, I buy the one with the most pulp I can find.
>mfw I'm thinking about how citrus season is coming up and the juice guy at the farmer's market who sells fresh squeezed pulpy orange juice and blood orange juice. hhnnnggggg

NO PULP

Bitch to clean and doesnt mix as well with alcohol.

I like seeds in my fruit preserves though! Adds some much needed texture

>> No.4856099

>>4856056

Indeed. But I think OP made the logical conclusion that if someone didn't want to eat pulp they probably wouldn't want the seeds either.

>> No.4856102

Juice? Pulp please.

Jam/jelly/preserves:

Fruit: yes.
Peels (marmalade): yes.
Seeds: depends. If they are fairly soft they're no problem. If they are hard, no.
