I got a job interview at an alzheimer care facility tomorrow afternoon... pay is stupidly good compared to where i work now

Anyone work in a place like this?
Any advice on some good things to say to the interviewer?

What are you going to be doing there?

I know a few people that work in retirement homes and things like that.
They tell me that they have to change old peoples nappies, wipe their backsides, clean them up and some of them can be quite violent.
Not their fault though, it could happen to anyone.

Cooking for Alzheimer's retirement homes is easy. You only need to know one good dish.

Its all super easy basic meals. The one I worked at did mostly stuff that was easily chewable and easy to digest. Some patients had specific dietary needs, and had their own special meals.
