So I just noticed that my local chinese joint has an appetizer I've never had before:

"cold sesame noodles"

wtf? been looking up pics and not sure I like what I see. cold noodles, who eats that? people talk about it tasting like peanut butter but they're not peanut butter noodles. idgi

Every chinese takeout place I've seen has these. Besides, cold noodles isn't a new thing, soba is eaten cold.

its good, I prefer peanut sauce but the sesame is pretty much the same thing.

but yeah thats basically what it is, cold noodles with a thick peanut butter like substance on top.
my mind was blown the first time I had it, I really like it.
