The soup is comprised of a lamb broth made from lamb bones. Then carrots, onion, garlic, red beans, celery, red wine, and rosemary were added.
I spooned the soup into individual freezer bags and placed in the freezer for future devourment.

Tonight to accompany my soup, I made some cheese toasties comprising of: Tasty cheese, roast beef, onion, crushed garlic, Grana Padano, tomato, french mustard and cracked pepper.

Well, it's breakfast time here now (although I haven't eaten that either). But last night, for dinner, I made what I call "California cheesteaks". Grilled, sliced tri-tip, chile con queso, and grilled peppers and onions on Dutch Crunch sub rolls. Absolutely delicious.

Had to use up potatos, so I made a creamy potato soup. Used some frozen chicken broth I made a few months ago from a carcass - turned out tasty as fuck, though it's a tad thin as my potato-broth ratio was off.

I guess it isn't traditional but the flavor is all good

3 tomatoes, 1 white onion, bunch of cilantro, 10 or more small jalapenos, 4 garden salsa peppers ( had to use them up)
