100x that. A local store here has one of those machines. You pour in peanuts in the top and peanut butter comes out the bottom. You have like 4-5 bins of peanuts of varying degree of roastedness to choose from.

Well I'll be damned. The non "Natural" peanut butter has pretty much the same ingredients, just using hydrogenated vegitable oil instead of palm oil. I was expecting polybuteline sodium bicarquest.

Not had the stew yet, it's going to feel a bit incongruous since the weather has tricked me - I was expecting cool, rainy autumn days, and instead we got a surprise last minute summer. But I'm sure it will be delicious anyway.

He didn't specify quantity bruh.
As someone who's also trying to but on weight (I wanna be 5 pounds heavier, and thus not underweight, by the end of October) I can tell you, putting on weight by eating lots of low-calorie food makes you feel better than putting on weight by eating a little high-calorie food.
Plus, there's plenty of high-calorie foods in the diet, pumpkin seeds, french toast with butter and syrup, jerky, egg salad (it has mayonnaise nikkuh), and cookies.
