The eggs look horrible. McD's eggs look more palatable than this monstrocity.

The Tater tots look pretty good and not soggy.

Carbs are fine in the morning you fuck nuggets.

Its a great jumpstart to your system to get you going in the morning. But oyu dont need ot eat like an american with piles of pancakes and toast and fried potatos and eggs and shit.

Just a bowl of cereal thats got plenty of fiber and protien and a banana/orange/apple is a great breakfast. Or even just toast and a piece of fruit.
