this is my sandwich.
it is 10 grain bread drenched in olive oil and pan fried. the insides are spinach, colby jack cheese, bacon, red onion, dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
do you like my sandwich

IF you make it for me, sounds good but I probably would have liked some mayo mixed with the mustard because I don't care for straight mustard on a bacon sammich...to be perfectly honest some kind of vinaigrette that you tossed the spinach in would probably have been better than mustard with that mix...but yeah, sammiches like that just seem like far too much work versus the amount of time you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

i like the way the olive oil makes it more crispy. you should try it once.

i also made a fried sandwich using butter with cherry chocolate peanut butter and almond slices. sprinkle a little powdered sugar on the outside

>do you like my sandwich
I do not like your sandwich.
>it is 10 grain bread
10 is beyond silly and gimmicky.
>drenched in olive oil
It's soggy and greasy. The whole point of the bread on a sandwich is to make it neat and easy to eat with your hands.
>and pan fried.
Removing any flavor, and possibly health benefits, from your no-doubt extra virgin imported olive oil
> the insides are spinach,
Theroetically okay if you used young, small leaves...it's hard to tell from the pic because you clumped a big mound right in the middle, providing spinach coverage to maybe 50% of your sandwich.
> colby jack cheese,
Of all the cheese available at your supermarket, with a range of interesting flavors and textures, what would make you think of bland greasy melted Colby Jack for an already grease-soaked sandwich? How about a nutty Gruyère, a fresh creamy chèvre, or a strong aged Swiss?
> bacon,
Good with spinach when freshly cooked and chewy, but yours looks splintery (there's bacon shrapnel on the plate), with even worse sandwich coverage than your spinach...maybe 30%?
> red onion,
Wat? Where? You sure? 0% coverage!
> dijon mustard,
Wat wat?? No mayo? Nothing creamy at all?
> and garlic powder.
Wat wat wat??? Fresh garlic if you want it, maybe sautéed in that oil, but why?
2/10

You would have to burn the shit out of it to denature the antioxidants or phenols.

He's retarded, and you're obviously high on 4chan, so I'm calling the cops.

1. Use better quality ingredients. The concept is sound in this sandwich.
2. If you are going to bother posting, please make the food more presentable. With the effort put into the sandwich, what more is it to wrap it in some brown paper, neatly cut, skewer it with a pickle or something, etc, you get the idea.

3. Variety in cooking methods would yield a more interesting sandwich, or dish in general. Try poaching the egg, frying the bacon, and raw spinach.

With extra virgin olive oil? The smoke point can be anywhere from 200°F to 400°F, with oxidation and acrylamide formation around 300°F. Virgin olive oil would be better, and OP didn't clarify the type, but these temps are certainly possible grilling a sandwich.

I like your sandwich

bacon cheese and spinach is such a great combo. My old work did a sandwich of
Bacon
Blue cheese
Pumpkin (smooshed)
pine nuts
spinach

oh fuck it was good
