Dinner: double cut, Berkshire pork chops.

The head of my department owns a farm and offered to raise a pig for us. 100% berkshire organic, free range, drinking spring water...the whole deal. We got 140 pounds and it's the best pork I've ever tasted in my life.

I was actually looking for a dinner thread.

Made some lasagna. Comes with spinach, hot Italian sausage, cottage/ricotta/mozorella/pecorino romano cheeses.
